The structure and organization of each local congregation of the Lord’s Church are designed to ensure effective leadership, teaching, and service within the body of Christ. The roles and responsibilities are outlined in the Scriptures.
- Christ is the Head
Christ is the ultimate authority over His Church. He is the head, and the Church is His body. All decisions and actions within the Church should align with His will.

Deacons are servants who assist the elders in the practical and administrative aspects of the Church’s work. They are called to serve the congregation and handle the physical needs of the church body.
1 Timothy 3:8-13 - Evangelists
Evangelists are ministers of the Gospel, responsible for preaching and teaching the word of God. They also evangelize and lead efforts to spread the message of salvation.
