And in the days of these kings, the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.” – Daniel 2:44 ### Daniel’s Six Keys to Success

  1. DANIEL PURPOSED IN HIS HEART
  • But Daniel purposed in his heart that he would not defile himself.” (1:8)
  1. DANIEL WAS FAITHFUL
  • So the governors and satraps sought to find some charge against Daniel concerning the kingdom; but they could find no charge or fault because he was faithful; nor was there any error or fault found in him.” (6:4)
  1. DANIEL WAS BLAMELESS

  1. DANIEL PRAYED REGULARLY
  • He kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God.” (6:10)
  1. DANIEL SERVED GOD CONTINUALLY
  • But the king (Darius) spoke, saying to Daniel, ‘Your God, whom you serve continually, He will deliver you.‘” (6:16)
  1. DANIEL WAS FOUND INNOCENT BEFORE GOD
  • My God sent His angel and shut the lions’ mouths, so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent before Him; and also, O king, I have done no wrong before you.” (6:22)
