Saturday:
- Arrives at Bethany (John 12:1) and attends a supper prepared for Him.
Sunday:
- Triumphal entry into Jerusalem on a donkey, with crowds shouting “Hosanna.” He weeps over Jerusalem.
Monday:
- Withers the fig tree and conducts the second cleansing of the Temple.
Tuesday:
- Spends His last day in the Temple, facing challenges to His authority by the Sanhedrin.
- Teaches several parables and answers questions on various topics, including tribute to Caesar and the resurrection.
- Denounces the Scribes and Pharisees, observes the widow giving her two mites, and delivers His final discourse on the Mount of Olives.
Wednesday:
- Spends a quiet day at Bethany, while Judas conspires against Him.
Thursday:
- Washes the disciples’ feet, eats the Last Supper, predicts Peter’s denial and Judas’ betrayal, and agonizes in the Garden of Gethsemane.
- Judas betrays Him, leading to His arrest.
Friday:
- Taken before Annas, Pilate, Herod, and back to Pilate. Also presented before Caiaphas and the Sanhedrin.
- Denied by Peter three times and ultimately crucified.
Saturday:
- His body is placed in the tomb of Joseph of Arimathea.
Sunday:
- The Resurrection occurs, and He appears to His disciples, marking the beginning of His post-resurrection appearances.
