• Act of Examination: “Let a man examine himself.”
• It prompts self-reflection and repentance.
• It ensures readiness and sincerity in partaking.
• Act of Testimony: “You do show forth the Lord’s death.”
• It publicly declares faith in Christ’s sacrificial death.
• It proclaims the gospel message to others.
• Act of Thanksgiving: “He gave thanks.”
• It expresses gratitude for Christ’s sacrifice and salvation.
• It acknowledges God’s grace and provision.
• Act of Covenant: “This cup is the new covenant in my blood.”
• It symbolizes the new covenant established through Christ’s blood.
• It signifies communion and fellowship with God.
• Act of Expectation: “Till He comes.”
• It anticipates Christ’s return and the fulfillment of His promises.
• It reaffirms hope in the future redemption and restoration.
