  • Cultivate an intense desire to quit (Romans 12:9).
  • Develop a strong aversion to the habit.
  • Implore the aid of God (Philippians 4:13).
  • Desire and Accept the assistance of fellow believers (Romans 15:1).
  • Quit and stay committed.
