What to Do with Your Burdens

  • Share your burdens with trusted people for support (Galatians 6:1-2).
  • Try to Forget Them… Be Busy
  • Distract yourself with positive activities to help ease the weight of your burdens.
  • Turn Them Over to the Lord
  • Release your burdens to God and trust Him to carry them (Psalm 55:22).
  • Must Bear Some Yourself
  • Understand that there are burdens that you must bear and learn from them (Galatians 6:5).
