- Consider Their Causes
- Reflect on the root causes of your burdens for understanding and perspective.
- Share with Others
- Share your burdens with trusted people for support (Galatians 6:1-2).
- Try to Forget Them… Be Busy
- Distract yourself with positive activities to help ease the weight of your burdens.
- Turn Them Over to the Lord
- Release your burdens to God and trust Him to carry them (Psalm 55:22).
- Must Bear Some Yourself
- Understand that there are burdens that you must bear and learn from them (Galatians 6:5).
