3. He Has Knowledge

  The Holy Spirit possesses complete knowledge, understanding the depths of God’s will and nature. He knows all things and reveals God’s wisdom to believers.

4. He Possesses a Will

• 1 Corinthians 12:11
  The Holy Spirit has a will and exercises His authority in distributing spiritual gifts to believers as He deems appropriate, demonstrating His personal and active role in the life of the church.

These characteristics highlight the Holy Spirit’s personality as a distinct and active member of the Godhead, with mind, affections, knowledge, and will, making Him deeply involved in the lives of believers.
