2 Corinthians 8:5

STEP #1: HEAR THE GOSPEL

• Romans 10:17 – Faith comes from hearing the message, and the message is heard through the word of Christ.
• John 8:32 – And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

STEP #2: BELIEVE THE GOSPEL

• John 8:24 – Unless you believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.
• Mark 16:16 – Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

STEP #3: REPENT OF SINS

• Luke 13:3, 5 – I tell you, no; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.
• Acts 2:38 – Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins.

STEP #4: CONFESS CHRIST

• Matthew 10:32-33 – Therefore whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven.
• Acts 8:37 – If you believe with all your heart, you may. And he answered and said, “I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.”

STEP #5: BE BAPTIZED (IMMERSED)

• Acts 2:38 – Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins.
• 1 Peter 3:21 – There is also an antitype which now saves us—baptism (not the removal of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God), through the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

BE FAITHFUL… ALWAYS!

• Revelation 2:10 – Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
• Continual faithfulness is the key to living a life that pleases God, leading to eternal life with Him.
